hmmmm....i dunno much about mages and all but i believe that if Borack's
intelligence is exceptional (oh around 16+) he would receive more spells...
but i dont know whether it is memorizable, learnable, castable, or scriptable
spells...
id have to check into it myself...but 10 to 1 that Borack cannot cast the
spell unless
1: he is a specialist(invocation/evocation i think)
2: he is level 2
3: he has it on scroll or wand...
or 4: my high intelligence hypothesis is correct
thats all the help i can give....
