Qu'est-ce qui arrive?

Alrighty.. First what happens is the slaver finishes lighting his lantern,
just in time to give the slavers an opportunity to see what you're all doing.
Immediately the slaver holding Ruinad begins moving backwards, but Ivan, his
energy replenished by Malcolm's healing spell, rushes forward at an amazing
speed, drusus glinting in the lantern light, and slices the first letter of
his name, in runes, into the slaver's forhead. The man screams in pain and
turns around to run back to the road, Ruinad still clutched tightly in his
grasp.

The slaver standing immediately in front of his leader sees Carideth
approaching and wildly takes a swing with his sword, but narrowly misses him.
Carideth charges right on through towards the leader, who, being mounted on a
horse, is easily able to defend himself from two Carideth's attacks, but the
third one strikes his leg, opening a large wound. However, the leader makes no
attempt to retaliate at all.

Malcolm, doubting his simple staff will be of much use against such menacing
looking warriors, instead turns to Aardvarkin, whom he heals with a spell.
Aardvarkin's wounds instantly heal and he is restored to full health.
Thrusting the thief's sword into his hand, he quickly helps him to his feet
and urges him to fight.

The last slaver, armed with a whip, moves to the side to confront Borack, who
seems to be unable to cast his spell (gee.. maybe he COULD only memorize one
at a time).. At any rate, neither of these two will get their attack this
round until I can determine whether or not Borack gets a spell (and they'll
get 2 attacks next round to compensate.. very sorry.. I really need to look
this up)..
