What happens.

From what you know of lycanthropes, which, I might add, is very little, this
man seems to be bleeding quite profusely, and none of his wounds are closing
at all. You weapons DO seem to do quite a lot of damage to the slaver. But
still.. you never know..
Carideth and Ivan both continue their attacks on the man, this time nearly
disabling his horse and opening up a deep gash in the slaver's arm.
Meanwhile, Aardvarkin and Borack run northward, and, seeing the retreating
enemy slowly backing away from the battle, the thief drops his weapon and
begins taunting him quite severely. The slaver immediately runs towards
Aardvarkin, sword point first, more because he sees the thief is weaponless
than because he is angered. However, he never manages to complete his charge,
for the elven mage pulls a stealthy maneuver with his quarterstaff, hitting
the slaver in the back and causing him to fall face first into the mud, where
his life is swiftly ended by Aardvarkin's dagger.
None of you see any sign of Malcolm, and you presume he is handling the
prisoner back by the campfire.
At this point, the slaver leader barks a single monosyllabic word that sounds
something like "KAI!", and, raising his hand up towards the sky, a sudden
white glow illuminates your surroundings. It seems to be emanating from the
slaver himself; within a few seconds, you can see his wounds closing, and in a
few more, his horse begins to recover. In scarcely the space of a dozen
heartbeats, the man and his horse are totally healed before your very eyes.
The evil slaver throws his head back in a diabolical laugh, and demands your
immediate surrender. He claims that any further attacks against him will be
futile (which isn't hard to believe, considering what you just saw) and that
he WILL retaliate.
You pause to re-evaluate the situation. The man is obviously letting you time
to discuss the situation, waiting with a smirk on his face to see the result -
will you surrender to him, and become slaves or gladiators yourselves, or
attack him? It seems that one option would amuse the man just as much as the
other, and he is clearly giving you the choice for his own enjoyment. The
slaver leader looks incredibly strong, and you know you'd have no chance of
defeating him if he's able to heal himself whenever he's injured. But perhaps
he's bluffing? Perhaps this was only a one-time ability? Or perhaps there's a
way to get around his seemingly magical power?
"I am waiting," says the slaver in a low, monotonous voice, his perpetual grin
still playing across his face. The impatient look in his eyes tell you he
won't wait long before deciding to attack you and forget about his surrender
offer altogether.
What to do? It seems you can attack, surrender, flee, or possibly even attempt
to bribe him... But what are you going to do? And why? And how? (feel free to
ask me any questions about this situation and I'll answer them as soon as I
get them- but I'll give you 2 days max. to decide amongst yourselves exactly
what you're doing)
