Ivan will suggest that we swiftly end his life.  He tells carideth, borak, and
malcolm to keep him in the pin, which shouldn't be too difficult given the
circumstances, and Aardvarkin and I will swiftly sever his head.  After this
is done, if it is successful, Ivan will scalp him and cut out his eyes, and
put his eyes on some string for a necklace since he hates the leader so much,
and he will just attach the scalp to his armor as a decoration, until it get's
all icky (Ivan is not proficient as a tanner or leatherworker) until it falls
off unless some one else in the party who is skilled as a tanner or
leatherworker is willing to make him a coin pouch out of it.
