Ivan says, "Yes, it is a good idea to continue towards Htron. For now, lets
just pack what we can carry from the slavers, and we can discuss division and
selling once whe hit a village. As for the slaves, I'll try and wake up the
leader and see if he will talk (splash water in his face or something) and
after that, I want the pleasure of slaughtering them myself." Ivan smiles as
he says this and looks threateningly toward the conscious slaver and tries to
make his height make he look very deadly indeed.
Ivan gets his shield and drusus and does a mediocre job of cleaning the shield
(it'll still work muddy), and works hard to clean the blade of the drusus,
after which he will attempt to use his whetstone and his weaponsmithing
proficiency to re-sharpen the drusus so it still gets the extra damage and hit
probability for the next combat. Then he'll try to get most of the mud off
the clothes (he doesn't care if that means taking them all off). He'll wash
them thuroughly once we hit the first villiage as we head for Htron.
Ivan then goes to see Pep, and tells Pep to go and catch a rabbit or
something. He pats Pep on the head and sends him off. Then Ivan will get his
stuff ready to go, and he will grab some of the stuff we rounded up from the
slavers just to carry to the next villiage until we divide it, unless the
other guys insist that we divide it here. Then we'll discuss who gets what,
which isn't that useful at this stage, which is why it is of the opinion of
Ivan that we should each take a share based on size not value, and divide it
later like our plans to divide treasure as we said before we left.
Ivan very reluctantly agrees with Carideth that he will not torture the guy.
He is still very angry with the slavers, and rightly so after what he's been
through with them. He splashes water on the face of the leader and triest to
wake him up. Once that's done, we can collectively question him.
