First of all, as for weapons, nobody's blade is really dull except for Ivan's,
but that problem is soon taken care of with a few minutes of sharpening it. A
blade so sharp as a drusus requires a lot of care if it is to be kept sharp.
Malcolm asks to see the ring, and after a bit of examing, he is able to
partially confirm what Greenbolt has said. "Yes - I have heard a little about
these rings, but I've never actually seen any pictures of them, or even a
description. But the inscription inside seems to match the markings of an
ancient dwarven race called the Khazar. I had no idea they were even magically
endowed. As far as I know, they're not cursed, but I wouldn't wear one unless
I absolutely had to."
As for the conscious prisoner, he is steadfastly refusing to give up any
information relating to anything. He won't reveal his name, why he's here, or
if there are others. "I wonder why he surrendered," says Malcolm to the party,
in a voice deliberately loud enough for the slaver to hear. "Perhaps he
thought he was going to be spared death and set free. Pity we'll have to kill
him, seeing as he's not cooperating.." Unfortunately, this tactic doesn't seem
to work either. The slaver would probably rather die than volunteer any
helpful information for you. But there still is the option of torture..
Since I'm getting so many messages about the slavers, shall I assume you are
staying here and NOT moving away from your camp/battle scene? Or do you plan
to go somewhere? If so, what are you doing with the slavers?
