Aardvarkin mumbles his agreement...he takes the poor dagger he found, i tosses
it at the spider's abdomen (supposedly the biggest and most vulnerable part of
its body)...The theif doesnt like the looks of that sticky stuff (chewing
gum?) and will only engage in missile combat, throwing spears  (even tho he is
not trained in using them) and daggers.  If the spider approaches, Aardvarkin
will kick it in the eyes and run towards the door.

     After, i think we should get rid of the web, and check out the chests. 
Then we can proceed to the door.  Howz that sound to you?  

hmmm, mr. DM....is it possible to extract the venom glands from the spider if
and when we finish it off?  It would be interesting to coat our own weapons
with the poison.... i'll do anything for a battle advantage...since i suck in
straight forward combat.
