I fail to see what Borack means by "our exit is blocked". Did I not draw two
doors on the map of the room?
At any rate, you will attack as planned. Carideth moves forward with his
blades, striking the spider twice, opening up two small gashes in its
exoskeleton. After making a few seconds' decision, the creature withdraws
immediately to behind its web.

X ####X The spider's corner of the room looks something like
X #####X this.. X being the wall, # the web, and those funny
X ######X looking boxes are the chests that are sort of built
X #######X into the web. The web is slightly transparent, but
X ########X you cannot see the spider, which would lead you to
X #########X believe it is crouched down behind the chests.
