Logically, since the wounded spider will not attack further (and I'm gambling that it ain't intelligent here, folks), we should concentrate our efforts on the second foe and remove that threat. If/when we get rid of the second spider, something will have to be done about Malcolm. But it must be done quickly. <muttering under his breath>..... "I *KNEW* we needed something against poison!".
