how about just decapitate the guy? Then you wont have to worry about him uttering any healing spells...and i think he'll be dead. I cant really help you any more....i still think we should ignite him....he cant possible heal faster than he burns....believe me...if the burns dont kill him...the smoke will....you cant 'heal' choking...:)
