hmmmmmm, i may be able to spot traps and disarm them b4 they pose a threat to
the whole group.  i can also take a torch with me to see in the dark.  plus, i
can also try to move silently...the only give away to any possible enemies
would be the torch light.

i think that the fighters should be up front, the mages in the middle, and
Malcolm and me (if i must) to take the up the rear.

hmmmmm....but if this place is largly inhabited by spiders, then i dont think
the dim light of a torch would do anything, since spiders have such bad
vision.

well...what dyu think?...i dont want the silver peices , so somebody else can
have them...
