After feeling the sword and dagger, Aardvarkin concludes that his weapons are
far superior to them (both weapons have several notches in their blades).
However, he cannot be sure without a full visual inspection. And in reference
to the chests: there are two large, rusty cube-shaped chests with rusty locks.
A single large cobweb covers both chests. It is triangular in shape, extending
from the bottom corner of one wall and extending to the top corner of the
opposite wall, making it ten feet long at its base and ten feet tall at the
north side.

Aardvarkin fumbles around in the darkness, grabs a few axes, and throws them
in what he thinks is the general direction of the spiderweb. After a few
unsuccessful attempts, he manages to hit the edge of one of the chests, and
shortly after you all hear the quiet padding of several feet on the ground.
The heavy wind nearly drowns out the sound, but you're all certain you've
heard it. A few seconds later, Carideth and Borack see a five foot tall,
eight-legged creature emerge from behind one of the chests. It scampers over
behind the web and peers at you through it. It remains there, motionless and
silent.

Upon hearing this news, Malcolm quickly fumbles to light his torch again, but
cannot because of the wind. "It's no use," he whispers. "The air is rushing
through those vents, and..." He stops in midsentence as he hears the sound of
the spider moving once again. Carideth and Borack report that it has shifted
position slightly, but is still behind its web.

Note to non-infravision people: remember... it's dark.. you can't see the
spider, so it will be well nigh impossible to attack it..
